Laura Pennock, owner of The Black Rock Pilates Studio, opened the studio in 2005. We offer a relaxing environment where you will receive individual attention, maximizing the benefits of your workout. Instead of following a pre-determined sequence of exercises, our instructors individualize each session to the needs and goals of the client(s).
Private Sessions and Group classes are offered. The Black Rock Pilates' team of skilled and certified teachers can help you make your body a place you want to live!
What is Pilates?
