Our highly trained instructors incorporate the basics of Pilates mat  work with an extended repertoire of contemporary Pilates exercises.  Modifications and props are given for those who need them. Class is  gentle flowing, but challenging for your individual level. All levels  are welcome. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.  1 unit. Drop-in.

This challenging and invigorating 45-minute class uses the TRX  Suspension Trainer to give you a total body workout. Using the TRX will  increase your muscular endurance, improve your cardiac fitness and  strengthen your core. Suitable for all fitness levels. No previous TRX  experience necessary.  Space is limited to 6 people to allow for  individual attention. 1 unit. Sign-up required.

This challenging 45-minute class is designed for intermediate to  advanced students. It is a multi-equipment class using a combination of  TRX, Reformer, Tower, or Wunda Chairs. 1 unit. Sign-up required.

A 45-minute, mixed level class on the Pilates Reformer.  All levels are  welcome, though some exposure to the Reformer is necessary. Space is  limited to 5 people to allow for individual attention. Only 1 unit.  Sign-up required.

Prenatal Pilates Class incorporating Pilates Reformer/Tower/Physioball  work in a safe but strengthening way for Moms to Be!    All students  must have Physicians Clearance to Participate in this class.
